Summer (June to August) is the absolute best time for alligator sightings. Cold-blooded alligators are highly active in warm weather. Spring and fall offer milder temperatures and excellent birdwatching, though alligator sightings are less guaranteed. Winter is the quietest time, with very few alligators visible.
